We may inform you that the trading window is closed from 1" July, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending on 30 June, 2020 under the Code of Conduct made in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons of Ruchi Infrastructure Limited.

The designated persons have been duly served the Notice of closure of trading window on 26" June, 2020 through email. Text of such notice is attached herewith for ready reference.

Re. Notice of closure of trading window (from 1 July, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending 30" June, 2020)

We may inform you that the trading window will remain closed from 1" July, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending 30" June, 2020 under the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons ("the Code of Conduct') of Ruchi Infrastructure Limited ('the Company').

It may also be noted that pursuant to Notice of closure of trading window dated 31% March, 2020, the trading window is currently closed till 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31" March, 2020. A meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is convened on 29"" June, 2020 inter alia to approve the financial results for the quarter and year ended 31% March, 2020. Effectively for you, the trading window is closed from 1" April, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for Q2, i.e. the quarter ending 30" June, 2020.

Kindly note that during trading window closure no dealing (acquisition/sale) in equity shares of the Company shall be performed by you or any other designated person. It is also pertinent to note that in case it is observed by any designated persons that there has been a violation of the Code by any person, then the violation shall be informed by such designated person to the Compliance Officer promptly. Any violation of Code/SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 is reportable to the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
