Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, this is to inform that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Friday, 8[th] August, 2025 has considered and approved the appointment of M/s. P. Diwan & Associates, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company to conduct secretarial audit for the financial year from 2025-26 to 2029-30 (i.e. for the term of five consecutive years), subject to the approval of members of the Company.
Requisite information pursuant to Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is annexed as Annexure-A. The above information is also being available on the website of the Company at www.ruchiinfrastructure.com.
