With profound grief, we are writing to intimate the sad demise of our Chairman Mr. Bharat Jayantilal Patel, 69, on Saturday, May 29, 2021.

Mr. Bharat J Patel was appointed on the Board of the Company in 2005 and was a visionary and a major guiding force in turning the company around. The Company immensely benefitted from his vision and leadership during these years.

Mr. Bharat J Patel's sudden demise is a great loss and the Board and the management are committed in taking forward his vision in elevating the company to newer heights.
