Result of AGM

RUA Life Sciences, the holding company of a group of medical device businesses focused on the exploitation of the world's leading long-term implantable biostable polymer (Elast-EonTM), announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, were duly passed. In light of the risks associated with the coronavirus pandemic, the Board reluctantly advised shareholders against attending in person and the vote was taken by way of a poll.

RUA Structural Heart:	Development of tri leaflet polymeric heart valves.
