In accordance with section 31 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, notification is hereby given that RTX A/S’ holding of treasury shares as of 2 September 2019, after transferring shares in accordance with management share-based remuneration programmes, amounts to 443,576 shares at DKK 5 nominal value per share corresponding to 4.96% of the total share capital.
