RTX A/S and Gigaset AG sign patent license agreement

RTX is pleased to announce that we have signed a patent license agreement with Gigaset, headquarted in Germany.

The agreement covers the lifetime of the IP rights licensed and an obligation to pay a royalty for the use of the IP rights. The agreement covers IP rights associated with DECT multicell base technology - an RTX patented core technology used in enterprise communication solutions.

RTX and Gigaset have a long-term partnership within DECT technology used in domestic and enterprise applications.

This agreement is part of RTX's strategy of utilizing the company's patented technology also through strategic license agreements and it does not change RTX's previous financial guidance for the financial year of 2018/2019.
