In accordance with section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, notification is hereby given that RTX A/S has been informed by Michael Voss that, as per 5 January 2026, he and his legal entity Fundamental Fondsmæglerselskab A/S has increased the holdings of shares in RTX A/S to more than 5% of the total share capital and voting rights in RTX A/S.
