In accordance with section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, RTX A/S discloses that Lannebo Fonder has notified RTX A/S that as of 19 June 2019 Lannebo Fonder has acquired additional 3,758 shares and now holds 448,163 shares in RTX A/S corresponding to 5.01% of the share capital and voting rights in RTX A/S.
