has decided to strengthen the management of the company with new competencies.
Based on mutual agreement the current CEO, Flemming Hynkemejer, will step down
at the end of the year.
The current strategy will be continued. CFO, Jacob Vittrup, is appointed
temporary CEO when Flemming Hynkemejer steps down. A process to find a
long-term replacement has been initiated.

Board Peter Thostrup.
The content of this message has no influence on the guidance to the full year
result for 2015/16 given in announcement no. 65 of November 25, 2015.
