RTX — Board/Management Information 2013

The supervisory board of RTX A/S has appointed Flemming Hynkemejer to the
position of new CEO. Flemming Hynkemejer takes up the position as per 15
January 2013, and he replaces Jesper Mailind, who has resigned to become
President & CEO in ALECTIA A/S.

Flemming Hynkemejer has wide knowledge of managing enterprises within the
communication and technology business. Flemming Hynkemejer has until recently
been CEO of Triax A/S, that develops, produces and internationally distributes
technological products, and he has previously been CEO of Dansk Kabel TV A/S.
Flemming Hynkemejer has a wide technological background, and he has also
previously been CTO in TDC mobile and development engineer in B&O.

Flemming Hynkemejer is 46 years old and educated as B.Sc. from Århus Teknikum
and MBA from INSEAD.
