The Supervisory Board of RTX has received notice from Jesper Mailind, President
& CEO of RTX.

Nørresundby, 2012-11-21 13:52 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --

Jesper Mailind was appointed President & CEO of RTX in June 2009, and has
during the past years completed a significant turnaround and strategic
refocusing of the company. Today, RTX stands as a company structured around two
activities: Design Services, as engineering design house within the wireless
field, and Enterprise & VoIP, as a sub-supplier of IP-based telephony products
for the Enterprise field. A strategy has been laid for the future, investments
made in future technologies and product platforms, and RTX is profitable.

Jesper Mailind has been appointed President & CEO of the consulting engineering
firm ALECTIA A/S.

The Supervisory Board has initiated a search for a suitable replacement. Jesper
Mailind has 6 months’ notice, but will leave RTX as soon as a replacement can
take over the position, however, no later than the end of April 2013.

The Supervisory Board will at the coming General Assembly recommend the
shareholders that Jesper Mailind is elected member of the Supervisory Board in
RTX A/S.

Yours sincerely,

RTX A/S

Chairman
