RTX — Board/Management Information 2011

As per 1 September 2011 RTX Telecom has appointed Jens Christian Lindof to the
position as Vice President for the business unit RTX Technology.

Jens Christian Lindof has among other a background as R&D Director and CTO at
Texas Instruments Denmark A/S and has latest held the position as Engineering
Manager at Anaren Microwave, Inc. Syracuse, New York. With his solid
technological background and his broad international and managerial experience
Jens Christian Lindof will contribute to the strengthening of the strategic and
business focused development of RTX Telecom.

Jens Christian Lindof is 44 years old and educated as M.Sc.E.E. from Aalborg
University.

Jens Christian Lindof replaces Jens Jungersen, who resigns as per 31 August
2011.
