RTG ANNOUNCES NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE TORONTO STOCK EXCHANGE AND AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE

The Board of RTG Mining Inc. (“RTG”, “the Company”) (TSX Code: RTG, ASX Code: RTG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Nick Day as the new Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for the Company effective from the 21[st] of January.

The Company would like to thank Mr. Ryan Gurner for his time and commitment over the past 6 months as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary and wishes him well with his future endeavors.
