RTG Mining Inc – Admission and Commencement of Official Quotation
Description
It is anticipated that RTG Mining Inc (the "Company") will be admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (ASX) on the morning of Thursday, 5 June 2014.
Official quotation of the Company's securities is expected to commence at 10:30 am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) (8:30 am Western Standard Time (WST)) on Thursday, 5 June 2014.
On 24 February 2014, the Company entered into a Scheme Implementation Deed with Sierra Mining Limited ("Sierra") to merge by way of two separate schemes of arrangement pursuant to Part 5.1 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). One scheme of arrangement was with respect to the ordinary fully paid shares of Sierra, and the other was with respect to its quoted options (together, "Schemes").
On 16 May 2014, Sierra announced that the requisite majorities of its shareholders and quoted optionholders had voted in favour of each of the Schemes. On 22 May 2014, Sierra announced that the Federal Court of Australia made orders approving the Schemes. Sierra's securities were suspended from trading at the close of trading on 23 May 2014.

INDICATIVE KEY DATES
This timetable has been prepared on the basis that the conditions for admission are expected to be satisfied on or before 4 June 2014. If the conditions for admission are not satisfied on or before 4 June 2014, the Company will not be admitted to the Official List of ASX on 5 June 2014 and the dates in the following timetable will be revised and a new timetable will be released to the market.
