Completion (subsequent to shareholder approval) will include: The issue of 3.6 million Securities to Directors (ASX LR 10.11); the issue of 77.4 million Securities to the Company's substantial shareholders (ASX LR 7.1); and to issue up to 193.2 million Attaching Options. Shareholder approval will also be sought for the issue of 12.7 million options to M2-Advisors. 15 million Agent Options are yet to be issued.
