Grant of Share Options

RTC announces the grant of share options ("Options") over a total of 858,407 new ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to members of the Group's Board. The Options were granted under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") on 23 March 2018 as follows:

The exercise of the Options is subject to the achievement of the performance conditions set out within the LTIP.

The exercise price of the Options is nil pence per share. The market price at date of grant, which equates to the closing middle market price of an Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 22 March 2018, is 56.5p.  Subject to the achievement of performance conditions as indicated above, the options can be exercised at any time from 23 March 2021 to 23 March 2028.
