Trading update and notice of results

The Board of RTC is pleased to provide a positive trading update for its financial year ended 31 December 2019, advising that it is trading in line with current market expectations.

The Company expects to announce its preliminary results on or around 24 February 2019.

Bill Douie, Chairman, said:

"The performance of the Group and improvement in the net debt position is extremely pleasing and encouraging, especially in light of the uncertainty surrounding the UK economy.

I believe our results are a clear endorsement of the strategic path being followed by the Group and I remain cautiously confident in our ability to deliver continued growth across all areas of our business."
