營業收入：約新台幣 160.4 億元 , 較上季成長 5.7% 。 營業毛利率： 42.9%

稅後淨利：約新台幣 19.2 億元

以加權平均流通在外股數計算，每股盈餘為新台幣 3.78 元。

(2) 2019 年第四季營運展望

第四季市場需求穩健，且明年農曆春節落在一月，客戶可能提前備貨。惟年
底進入庫存調整期，同時中美貿易關係仍存不確定性，須留意訂單變化。

Gross Margin: 42.9%

Net Income: about NT$1.92 billion

EPS: NT$3.78

6.3 2019 Q4 Company Guidance

The market demand in Q4 maintains stable, and the lunar New Year comes in January next year, customers may stock up in advance. Nevertheless, we are entering the period for year-end inventory adjustment, and there is still uncertainty in US-China trade relations. We have to stay attentive to the changes in orders.
