瑞昱半導體 2020 年第一季損益表主要資訊如下，詳細資料將以公司正式對外 公告財報為準：

營業收入：約新台幣 159.3 億元 , 較上季下降 4.5% 。

營業毛利率： 42.2% 稅後淨利：約新台幣 16.3 億元

以加權平均流通在外股數計算，每股盈餘為新台幣 3.21 元。

(2) 2020 年第二季營運展望

面對 2019 新型冠狀病毒病 (COVID-19) 疫情，市場能見度略低。因在家工作、線 上學習等需求，帶動電腦周邊及網通相關動能，預期第二季營運審慎正向。 唯多國實施封城、限制或緊縮非必要交通及各種活動，全球經濟面臨前所未 有的挑戰，須密切觀察疫情對市場終端需求及供應鏈的影響。

Sales Revenue: about NT$15.93 billion, down 4.5% QoQ. Gross Margin: 42.2% Net Income: about NT$1.63billion EPS: NT$3.21

6.2 2020 Q2 Company Guidance

Market visibility is somewhat low in the face of COVID-19. Nonetheless, Q2 operations look cautiously positive, expecting Work-from-Home and On-Line Education to fuel the momentum in PC Peripheral and Communication Networking products. Still, that many countries and cities are shutting down while nonessential transportation and activities are tightly restricted is giving unprecedented challenges to the global economy. We have to closely watch the impact by COVID-19 to the end-market demands and supply chain continuity.
