This is further to communication dated 6[th] November, 2025 filed along with detailed disclosure through which we had intimated about acquisition of M/s. LNJ Greenpet Private Limited.
We are pleased to inform that the Company has executed a Share Purchase Agreement with M/s. Bhilwara Energy Limited and M/s. LNJ Greenpet Private Limited today i.e. on 21[st] January, 2026 and has made payment of purchase consideration of ₹ 20.01 crore for acquisition of 2,00,10,000 equity shares of the face value of ₹ 10/- each constituting 100% of paid-up capital of M/s. LNJ Greenpet Private Limited.
