Further to our intimation dated 27th May, 2022 informing approval of the Board of Directors of the Company for issuance of the equity shares of the Company by way of a rights issue to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, each as amended and other applicable laws (the "Issue").

Now we write to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Rights Issue Committee will be held on Monday, 121h December, 2022 to consider, discuss and decide, inter­ alia, various matters in connection with the Issue, including the terms and conditions such as, the issue price, issue size, rights entitlement ratio, record date ano other related matters.

This is to further inform that as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders as required to be implemented in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect till 14th December, 2022.
