3		Brief profile	Shri Manoj Kumar Bansal holds M.B.A (Marketing &Finance), Bachelor in Science degree and also Alumni ofIndian School of Business - Hyderabad, Said Business School-Oxford and IMD Business School - Switzerland. Shri Manojis a seasoned professional with a rich career spanning overthree decades in the textile industry. He has held leadershiproles in major organizations, demonstrating expertise instrategic management, operational improvement, growthinitiatives, P&L Management, Strategic Sourcing, ProjectManagement, Sales, Marketing and Business Development.He was President, Commercial at AYM Syntex and wasresponsible for Group Projects/ Group Strategic Sourcing(Raw Material, Capital, and Revenue items), UnitCommercial Management, Operational Improvement andGrowth Initiatives. Shri Manoj was associated with Vardhmanfor over two decades, he served as the EVP & Head of FabricBusiness Office and was involved in the strategicmanagement of fabric business with CMD and wasresponsible for group sourcing across the entire textile valuechain. He led modernization and de-bottlenecking of themachine park and also implemented various projects acrossgroup SBUs.Prior to Vardhman Group, Manoj was associated with TridentGroup from December, 2005 to May, 2012 and held variouspositions, where he brought profitable growth in revenues inboth domestic and export markets. He played a pivotal role indeveloping the market for value-added yarns and successfullydeveloped new markets. Shri Manoj also had a stint withIntertan Canada Limited from August, 2004 to October, 2005.Shri Manoj began his career with Vardhman Group in July,1992 and worked there until June, 2004 and served as theSenior Manager and Executive Assistant to the Chairman andManaging Director. He rejoined in Vardhman Group in 2012and continued till April, 2023. He was last working with AYMSyntex Limited as President till February, 2025. Presently heis actingas Chief Transformation Officer of RSWM Limited.
