Ørsted — M&A Activity 2014

Transaction has been completed 31 December.

On 20 October 2014 DONG Energy entered into an agreement with the state owned
entity Energinet.dk, whereby Energinet.dk would acquire a 100% ownership stake
in DONG Storage A/S (Stenlille Gas Storage Facility).

Following approval from the Danish competition authorities, the transaction has
been completed today.

The information provided in this announcement does not change DONG Energy’s
previous financial guidance for the 2014 financial year or the announced
expected investment level for 2014-2015.
