Divestment of Stenlille Gas Storage has been completed

On 20 October 2014 DONG Energy entered into an agreement with the state owned entity Energinet.dk, whereby Energinet.dk would acquire a 100% ownership stake in DONG Storage A/S (Stenlille Gas Storage Facility).

Following approval from the Danish competition authorities, the transaction has been completed today.
