In continuance of the company announcement of 19 February 2013 regarding PGE’s
and Energa’s acquisition of DONG Energy’s Polish onshore wind business, DONG
Energy can now announce that competition clearance from the Polish
Anti-Monopoly Office has been obtained. On this basis, the transaction is
expected to be closed during the coming weeks.

The information provided in this announcement does not change DONG Energy’s
previous financial guidance for the 2013 financial year or the announced
expected investment level for 2013-2014.
