DONG Energy A/S has today signed a EUR 1.4bn 5-year syndicated revolving credit
facility and a EUR 350m 3-year syndicated revolving credit facility. Both
facilities include two 1-year extension options. The facilities will replace
the existing EUR 1.3bn credit facility, signed in August 2011 and bilateral
facilities.

With the new facilities, DONG Energy is taking advantage of the current
favourable market conditions for credit facilities in the Euroloan market.

The credit facilities have been arranged by DONG Energy and are supported by a
select group of 14 Nordic and international banks, committing as Bookrunners
and Mandated Lead Arrangers, with Nordea and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc
acting as coordinators. The 14 banks are: Barclays Bank PLC, BNP Paribas,
Citibank, Danske Bank AS, Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A., Goldman Sachs
International Bank, Handelsbanken, J.P. Morgan Limited, MORGAN STANLEY, Nordea,
RABOBANK, SEB, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. and The Royal Bank of
Scotland.

The facilities are for DONG Energy’s general corporate purposes.
