DONG Energy A/S to issue Sterling bond
DONG Energy A/S announces its intention to issue a Sterling denominated bond under its existing debt issuance programme (EMTN programme). The proceeds of the transaction will be used for general corporate purposes.
The final size of the issue, coupon and maturity will be decided when the bookbuilding process closes.
DONG Energy A/S is rated A- with a stable outlook by Standard & Poor's and Baa1 with a stable outlook by Moody's.
BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley and The Royal Bank of Scotland are acting as joint bookrunners for this transaction.
