Notice to holders of GBP 500,000,000 5.75 per cent. securities due 2040, issued by DONG Energy on 9 April 2010 (ISIN XS0499449261)
On 13 January 2011 DONG Energy announced its successful issue of EUR 700,000,000 new callable subordinated capital securities due 3010 (ISIN XS0560190901) (the "Hybrid Debt Securities").
DONG Energy hereby gives notice to the holders of GBP 500,000,000 5.75 per cent. securities due 2040, issued by DONG Energy on 9 April 2010 (ISIN XS 0499449261) (the "Debt Securities") that DONG Energy has designated the Debt Securities as the Referenced Debt and the holders of the Debt Securities as the Referenced Debt Holders.
The Referenced Debt Holders are designated as the beneficiaries of a Replacement Capital Covenant entered into at the issuance of the Hybrid Debt Securities by DONG Energy. Further information about the Replacement Capital Covenant can be obtained by the Referenced Debt Holders by request to the Trustee (Citicorp Trustee Company Limited).
