RS2 Software p.l.c. COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a company announcement issued by RS2 Software p.l.c. in compliance with Chapter 5 of the Listing Rules.

Quote:

RS2 Software p.l.c. announces that it has entered into a license agreement for its proprietary software BankWORKS® with one of the leading financial institutions in Europe ("the Licensee"). The value of the contract is of £8,500,000.

The terms of the license agreement stipulate that the Licensee shall have the right to terminate the agreement for convenience up to the 30 August 2013.
