In continuationof the announcement dated 16-02-2020 and Ir' accordance with the provision of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligatisns and Discloser Requirements) Regulation,
We are pleased to inform you that RPP Infra Projects Limited -M/s."RPP-SMC (JV) has been received a letter of acceptance for a new project Viz,"TNRSP II/EPC14-Strengthening and Widening(Four Lane) of Triuneveli-Sengottai-Kollam Road of SH-39 from Km5+000 to Km27+700(Package-I) at a contract Price of INR 176.58 Crores".
M/S. RPP Infra Projects Limited (60% holding) along with its JV partner (40% holding) will invest in the project as per their capacity of holding and complete the above project within the decided timelines. !
We further inform you that, the Company has set to book an order Book of Rs. 2,000.00 Crore by ' the end of FY 21. These order books would result in improved financials of the Company.
Further, it's a huge opportunity in the core competency areas of the Company and it's a further boost to the Infrastructure sector like us. We are keen supporter of the various measure taken by the centre and state government and will work further to contribute towards economy.
