We are pleased to inform you that the meeting of the Share Allotment Committee* of the Company will be held on 14 July 2020 at 11.30 AM inter-alia to consider the allotment of 40,00,000 (Forty Lakhs Only) warrants convertible into equity share of the company of face value of Rs.10/-each to Promoters pursuant to in-principle approval letter no NSE/LIST/24056 dated 8" July 2020 received from NSE and letter No. DCS/PREF/BA/PRE/697/2020-21 dated 13°" July 2020 received from BSE and in accordance with the Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at their EGM held on 12" June 2020.

Further please note that pursuant to the SEBI (probhition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and insider code of company, the trading Window shall remain closed for all designated Employee of the company from 1° July 2020 to 16" July 2020 (both days inclusive).
