RPG Life Sciences Q4’FY 20 Revenue up by 29% and Profit up by 4x over last year*

Full Year Revenue up by 14% and Profit up by 2.8x over last year*

Mumbai, 5 June, 2020 : RPG Life Sciences Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31[st] , 2020.

RPG Life Sciences, engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical products, posted its Q4 and Full year results. Q4 revenue is higher by 29% than the corresponding quarter last year and PBT before exceptional items has registered around 4 fold jump from Rs 2.12 crores to Rs 8.46 crores.

For full year, revenue at Rs 375.57 crores grew by 14% and PBT before exceptional item at Rs 41.77 crores was almost 2.8x times of last year.

“ For the year FY2020, the company registered a turnaround performance led by the biggest contributing Domestic business, which grew over 23%, much ahead of the market growth. Product portfolio rejuvenation, focus on prescription generation and sales force effectiveness enhancement were the key contributors. Overall for the company, all 4 quarters recorded fairly consistent sales and profit performance.” said Mr. Yugal Sikri, Managing Director, RPG Life Sciences Ltd.
