Pursuant to Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, Royal Unibrew A/S hereby announces that it has received information that Stodir hf., Id. no. 601273‐0129, Hatun 2b, 105 Reykjavik, Iceland's holding of Royal Unibrew A/S shares has been reduced from 1,206,939 shares to 913,380 shares of DKK 10 nomi‐ nal value equivalent to 16.31% of the share capital.

According to Royal Unibrew A/S' articles of association no shareholder may exercise voting rights for an amount exceeding 10% of the companyʹs existing share capital.
