Subject: Section 29 announcement from FL Group hf.

In pursuance of section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, we hereby announce that FL Group's 1,506,939 shares now is equivalent to 25.5 percent of the total shares outstanding in Royal Unibrew AIS. The increase of FL Group's proportion in Royal Unibrew's share capital derives from the reduction of Royal Unibrew's share capital by nominal amount of DKK 2,800,000 to a nominal amount of DKK 59,000,000 by cancellation of 280,000 treasury shares of nominal value af DKK 10 each, as announced on the, Nordic Exchange earlier today.
