Weekly share repurchase programme update as of 11 July 2025

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 14 July 2025 – Royal BAM Group nv has repurchased 341,429 of its own shares in the period from 7 July 2025 up to and including 11 July 2025 at an average price of €7.52. The consideration for this repurchase was €2.6 million.

In the aggregate BAM has repurchased 4.333.306shares, for €31.3 million in total, up to and including 11 July 2025 of its share buyback programme of €50 million, as announced on 13 February 2025.
