The issue of up to 7.47 million shares to Hawke's Point, 1.25 million shares to Venus Metals Corporation Limited and 0.6 million shares to Rox's Directors are subject to the Company obtaining shareholder approval at its Annual General Meeting to be held in late November 2023.
