Marindi Metals Ltd (ASX: MZN) provides the following update regarding the Company’s proceedings against Rox Resources Ltd (Refer ASX release dated 14 November 2016).
Court-supervised mediation commenced on 12 May 2017 and has been terminated.
The matter is expected to be listed for trial in the Supreme Court of Western Australia on the issue of liability in the second half 2017. No trial date has yet been formally listed.
The Company will provide further updates as appropriate.
