LITIGATION UPDATE
Marindi Metals Ltd (ASX: MZN) provides the following update regarding the Company’s separate legal proceedings against Rox Resources Ltd and Kidman Resources Ltd (Refer ASX release dated 14 November 2016).
Rox Matter
Marindi has been advised that its claim relating to the sale of Rox’s interest in the Reward Joint Venture in the Northern Territory has been provisionally listed for trial in the Supreme Court of Western Australia over three days commencing 29 November 2017.
Marindi looks forward to presenting its claim to the Court.
