TRADING HALT

The securities of Rox Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Request for Trading Halt

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 Rox Resources Limited (ASX: RXL) requests an immediate trading halt on its securities pending an announcement by the Company regarding the sale of its interest in the Reward project.

The Company requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 16[th] November 2016, or when the announcement concerning the sale of Rox’s interest in the Reward project is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
