Completion of Unmarketable Parcel Sale Facility

Rox Resources Limited (ASX: RXL) (" Rox " or " the Company ") is pleased to advise that it has completed the unmarketable parcel share sale facility (" Sale Facility ").

As announced on 13 November 2024, the Sale Facility provided an opportunity for shareholders who held fully paid ordinary shares in Rox (" Shares ") valued at less than $500 as at 4:00pm (AWST) on Tuesday, 12 November 2024 (" Record Date ") to sell their Shares without incurring any brokage or handling fees. Shareholders who wished to retain their unmarketable parcels of Shares had until 5:00pm (AWST) on Monday, 13 January 2025 (" Closing Date ") to return the retention form or increase their shareholding to more than an unmarketable parcel.

Based on the Share price as at 5:00pm (AWST) on the Closing Date of $0.225 per Share, a holding of 2,222 Shares or less constituted an unmarketable parcel.

In accordance with the terms of the Sale Facility, 1,316,326 Shares held by 1,280 shareholders were sold under the Sale Facility for a total consideration of $290,526 or $0.2207 per Share. These proceeds will now be returned to shareholders, via direct credit to the shareholder's bank account provided to the Company’s share registry, Computershare Investor Services Pty Ltd (" Computershare "), or otherwise by cheque in Australian dollars sent to your postal address as recorded in the Company’s share register.
