Rox Resources Limited (ASX: RXL) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Rox Resources Limited (‘RXL’) will be halted at the request of RXL, pending the release of an announcement by RXL.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 17 November 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

RXL’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Request for Trading Halt - Rox Resources Limited (RXL)

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 Rox Resources Limited (ASX: RXL) requests an immediate trading halt on its securities pending an announcement regarding its definitive feasibility study and an associated capital raising. The Company requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of commencement of normal trading on 17 November 2025 or when the anticipated announcements are released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information relevant to this request.
