The securities of Rox Resources Limited (the "Company") will be suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.

Voluntary Suspension
Rox Resources Limited (ASX: RXL) advises that it entered into its current trading halt pending completion of a capital raising. That activity remains ongoing and as a result the company requests that the company be placed in a voluntary suspension pending an announcement by the Company regarding the raising.
We expect to be in a position to announce the results of the capital raising by commencement of trading on Tuesday 18 March 2014.
