Change of Record Date for Share Purchase Plan

On Wednesday, 6[th] November 2013 Rox Resources Limited (ASX: RXL) (“ Rox ”) announced a share purchase plan (“ SPP ”) and prospectus. The indicative timetable in those documents provided that the record date for determining entitlement would be Tuesday, 5[th] November 2013.

As that date was a non-business day for ASX purposes, the record date to determine entitlement to participate in the Company’s SPP has been amended to 5.00pm (WST) on Monday, 4[th] November 2013. All other dates in the prospectus remain the same.

The prospectus will be dispatched to shareholders on Monday, 11[th] November 2013. Shareholders should consider the prospectus in deciding whether to participate in the SPP.
