Completion of Due Diligence - Menzies Gold Project

Regal Resources Ltd are pleased to announce the successful completion of due diligence on the Menzies Gold Project which it is intending to acquire from Rox Resources ("Rox"). The acquisition will now proceed to completion as per the Heads of Agreement executed with Rox and further details will be released to the market in due course.
