2025 Annual General Meeting – Key Dates
WA gold exploration and development company Rox Resources Limited ( “Rox” or “the Company” ) ( ASX: RXL ) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 24 November 2025 at 11:00am (AWST) at the Park Business Centre, 45 Ventnor Avenue, West Perth, Western Australia.
An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of Directors. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3 and clause 13.3(f) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is Monday, 6 October 2025, being 35 business days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
Any valid nomination for the position of Director must be received by the Company at its registered office no later than 5:00pm (AWST) on Monday, 6 October 2025.
