Route Mobile Limited announces Q2FY26 Results

Q2FY26 Revenue from operations stands at Rs. 1,119.42 crore, PAT stands at Rs. (18.83) Crore

Mumbai, November 04, 2025: Route Mobile Limited (“Route Mobile”), a leading cloud communication platform service provider to enterprises, over-the-top (“OTT”) players, and mobile network operators has announced its financial results for the second quarter ended on September 30, 2025.

Highlights for Q2FY26 (Y-o-Y) Consolidated Financials

• Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1,119.42 crore as against Rs. 1,113.41 crore in Q2FY25

• Profit Before Tax and Exceptional items stands at Rs 137.87 crore as against Rs. 131.06 crore in Q2FY25

• Profit Before Tax stands at Rs 2.00 crore as against Rs. 137.34 crore in Q2FY25

• Profit After Tax reported was at Rs (18.83) crore as against Rs 107.03 crore in Q2FY25

• EPS stands at Rs. (3.37) (basic) and Rs. (3.37) (diluted) for Q2FY26

Q2 FY26 Vs Q1 FY26 (Consolidated)

Revenue from operations for the quarter ended September 30[th] , 2025, stood at Rs. 1,119.42 crore as compared to Rs. 1,050.83 crore in Q1FY25

Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) excluding Exceptional items stood at Rs. 135.95 crore for Q2FY25 as compared to Rs. 93.90 crore in Q1FY25. The company’s EBITDA margin stood at 12.14%

Profit Before Tax and exceptional items stood at Rs. 137.87 crore for Q2FY25 as compared to Rs. 76.57 crore in Q1FY25. The company’s Profit before tax and exceptional items margin stood at 12.32%

Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs. 2.00 crore for Q2FY25 as compared to Rs. 76.57 crore in Q1FY25. The company’s PBT margin stood at 0.18%

Profit After Tax (PAT) reported at Rs. (18.83) crore for Q2FY25 as against Rs. 58.78 crore in Q1FY25.
