Route Mobile Ltd. announces Q1 FY25 Results Q1 FY25 Revenue from operations stands at Rs. 1,103.42 crore, PAT stands at Rs. 81.16 Crore

Mumbai, July 19, 2024: Route Mobile Limited (“Route Mobile”), a leading cloud communication platform service provider to enterprises, over-the-top (“OTT”) players, and mobile network operators has announced its financial results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2024.

Highlights for Q1 FY25 (YoY) Consolidated Financials

• Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1,103.42 crore as against Rs. 967.34 crore in Q1FY24

• Profit Before Tax stands at Rs 102.88 crore as against Rs. 110.23 crore in Q1FY24

• Profit After Tax reported was at Rs 81.16 crore as against Rs 91.69 crore in Q1FY24

• EPS stands at Rs. 12.51 (basic) and Rs. 12.51 (diluted)

Q1 FY25 Vs Q4 FY24 (Consolidated)

Revenue from operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, stood at Rs. 1,103.42 crore as compared to Rs. 1,017.03 crore in Q4 FY24

Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs. 102.88 crore for Q1 FY25 as compared to Rs. 109.39 crore in Q4 FY24. The company’s PBT margin stood at 9.3%

Profit After Tax (PAT) reported at Rs. 81.16 crore for Q1 FY25 as against Rs. 95.16 crore in Q4 FY24.

Talking about the results, Mr. Guillaume Boutin, Chairman, Route Mobile Limited , said, “I’m proud of Route Mobile’s first quarter results, making us one of the fastest growing companies in the CPaaS industry, thanks to the exposure to fast growing markets and economies. These results, along with our expectations for the year, underscore the advantages of our international strategy. The fact that these growth rates were reached during the integration phase with the Proximus Group is a clear testimonial of the team’s remarkable determination and adaptability”.

Commenting on the results , Mr. Rajdipkumar Gupta, Managing Director & Group Chief Executive Officer, Route Mobile Limited , said, “We have started the new financial year with a strong performance in Q1. This is our highest quarterly revenue so far. We became the largest enabler of WhatsApp based ticketing for metros in India and we continue to deploy such unique solutions at scale, across industries. We have also been featured in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for CPaaS 2024”.

He further added , “We are now a part of the Proximus group and the synergies are starting to emerge, like the deal between Proximus and Microsoft which will further expand the reach of our solutions and open new opportunities for us. We look forward to a successful year”.
