Sub: Prior intimation under Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ("SEBI Listing Regulations").

We wish to inform you that in terms of requirements of Regulation 29(1)(d) and Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, inter-alia to consider and evaluate proposal for raising of funds by issuance of equity shares or other securities convertible into or exchangeable into equity shares or non-convertible debt instruments along with warrants or any combination thereof through private placement, preferential issue, issuance of American Depository Receipts, Global Depository Receipts or Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds, qualified institutions placement, further public offer etc. or through any other permissible mode or any combination thereof, in one or more tranches subject to applicable laws and necessary shareholder/ regulatory approvals, as may be required.

Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trades and Prevention of Insider Trading (“the Code”), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons as defined in the Code, will be closed with effect from Saturday, September 18, 2021. The trading window shall continue to remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter & Half year ending September 30, 2021.

The date of opening of trading window shall be intimated in due course.
