Sub: Intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015:-Resignation of Mr. Chandrakant Gupta as Director of the Company.

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), we hereby notify that Mr. Chandrakant Gupta, (DIN: 01636981) Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) of the Company has vide letter dated May 07, 2024 resigned from the position of Director of the Company with effect from May 07, 2024.

Further, in compliance with the requirement of clause 7C of Para A, Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, the resignation letter (which includes reasons of resignation) received from Mr. Chandrakant Gupta is enclosed as ‘ Annexure A’.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as ‘ Annexure B ’ to this letter.

The Board has noted and accepted the resignation through Circular Resolution dated May 07, 2024 at 10:50 PM and has placed on record its sincere appreciation for Mr. Chandrakant Gupta for his invaluable contribution as a Member/past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Route Mobile.
