Under the terms of the Act of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major holdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market (Transparency law) Roularta Media Group makes the following information public.
The company has received on July 2, 2015 the following final notification of a participation held in Roularta Media Group: NV Cennini, holder of 2,022,136 shares, reports that she has transferred on June 29, 2015 the totality of these actions to SA West Investment Holding. These shares represent a participation interest in Roularta Media Group of 15.39%, with an equivalent percentage of the total voting rights.
This notification is the result of a transfer of voting securities.
SA West Investment Holding is a subsidiary of Stichting Administratiekantoor Giverny, which is controlled by Mr. Leo Claeys.
